Responsibilities

  • Inspection and measurement of client properties
  • Drafting floor plans
  • Managing client cases
  • Assisting surveyors in collation of evidence
  • Preparing assessment reports; report, analyse, investigate and gather evidence for business rates assessment appeals
  • Keeping company records and databases updated
  • Communicate with clients, both written and verbally
  • Deliver excellent service to clients ensuring a strong and positive working relationship, effectively dealing with any issues or queries
