  • Attractions and Ride Operations: They will learn about ride safety, guest flow management, and related procedures.
  • Guest Services: The interns will be taught how to handle guest relations and VIP experiences, in the Delaware North way.
  • The interns will work on improving the "KSC Experience." This project will involve:
  • Researching emerging technologies, trends, and guest expectations.
  • Brainstorming innovative concepts to enhance our guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Develop a proposal outlining the project's vision, feasibility, and potential impact.
  • Each intern will be paired with a senior manager who will serve as a mentor throughout the program.
  • Mentors will provide guidance, advice, and insights into DNC and KSCVC.
  • The interns will participate in leadership and project management meetings.
  • They will have one-on-ones with senior leadership, including a shadow day.
