  • You are a student working towards a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
  • Have excellent organizational skills in order to manage issues, projects and deadlines

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team in maintaining global HR administration including but not limited to HR filing, employment verification letters, employee surveys, training set-up, and supporting HR primes on internal committees.
  • Assist with the TA social media channel.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by providing support coordinating candidate interviews, processing background screening and assisting in the overall TA coordination process.
  • Provide facilities support to our office, including internal event organization and maintaining internal supplies.
  • Project support work including updating excel documents, doing research, reviewing, and assisting with document creation.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR.
