Responsibilities

  • During the 12-week paid internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business while being coached and mentored by Eaton HR professionals and various stakeholders within the Industrial Control Division. This internship is focused on the new employee experience for our internal and external hires. It will provide exposure to several different functions and opportunities to work on project management and presentation skills. The role is designed to provide the foundation to early career project work through fast-paced, real world, hands-on experience supporting areas such as:
  • The redesign of our Division’s Sharepoint site, to improve communication and efficiencies
  • Digitalization of onboarding resources for our employees to impact the employee experience
  • In addition to your valuable on the job learning, interns participate in robust programming including professional development activities, cross-functional projects, senior leader exposure, networking events, and visits to other Eaton sites. These events will help you gain exposure to the many exciting opportunities that lie ahead of you as you build your career at Eaton.
