  • Lead projects in all facets of HR across the finish line during the internship program. Projects may include, but are not limited to: Assist in creating functional competencies for the organization. Own the creation of interview guides for different functions in the business.

  • Assist the HR team in organizing any special events at HQ or across all sites.
  • Assist in updating job boards, screening forms, and handling applicants' resumes.
  • Coordinate with prospective employees and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient central storage system for HR files.
