  • Build upon local recruitment activity. Assist in the posting and monitoring of job requisitions. Participate in career fairs.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets to ensure records are being maintained accurately and consistently.
  • Manage the Hourly Onboarding process and timely completion of I-9s for new hires.
  • Assist with the development of and participate in YouFirst and all Campus Dining recognition programs.
  • Effectively interact and collaborate with managers, associates, and candidates.
  • Communicate at all levels to obtain necessary information to complete duties listed above.
  • Completion of various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
