Requirements

  • Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, from an accredited program. Human Resource Management majors are preferred.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
  • Prior internship and/or related experience is preferred.
  • Involvement on campus or in the community is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.

Responsibilities

  • This internship provides exposure within HR, with available opportunities in the following departments:
  • Talent Acquisition (Recruitment):
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and contributing to job description creation.
  • Assist in employer branding activities, leveraging various platforms to engage potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize recruitment strategies and improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Talent Management & Development (HR Business Partners, Onboarding, Education & Training):
  • Support HR Business Partners in employee relations, onboarding activities, and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to onboarding and training logistics, while participating in programs enhancing employee engagement.
  • Support projects aimed at improving the employee experience and HR program efficacy.
  • Human Resources Technology & Analytics:
  • Assist in maintaining HR technologies, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to data analysis for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate on identifying technology gaps and potential solutions, participating in system-related projects.
  • Engage in quality assurance testing and contribute to improving HR technology functionality.
  • Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits):
  • Support analysis of compensation data and benefit program evaluations to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment processes and communication efforts.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving the overall employee rewards experience.
  • Human Resources Operations:
  • Aid in evaluating and enhancing HR processes while supporting end-to-end HR operations.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to streamline HR service delivery and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to documentation and development of standard operating procedures for HR processes.
