Responsibilities

  • Supporting the People team to facilitate future growth, including the effect on organisational structure, culture, reward, talent management and working practices.
  • Working proactively with the People team, business and line managers to help them achieve results through their people plans.
  • Proactively coordinating effective staff communication both formal and informal, and across countries.
  • Create, amend and distribute HR documentation.
  • Update new joiner manuals, and internal HR documentation.
  • Keeping Company Org Charts up to date.
  • Assist with enrolling and updating employees with benefit providers. Enrolling new joiners on benefit schemes, and ensuring they are removed when they leave the firm.
  • Assisting with management of pension providers, ensuring employees are enrolled on the scheme.
  • Coordinate new joiner check in reviews i.e 30 day, 90 day check-ins, and probation review meetings.
  • Drafting of documentation as needed by the People team, e.g. employment contracts, probation letters, contract extension letters, addendums, etc;
  • Maintain internal databases and trackers.
  • Close collaboration with the Finance team to provide monthly payroll updates (e.g. onboarding documents, leavers, joiners and holiday balances).
  • Support People team with all stages of the employee lifecycle process from when an employee joins the firm to them leaving (e.g. onboarding, promotions, maternity/paternity, exit interview, etc).
  • Create onboarding schedules for new joiners, coordinate induction meetings, and compile new joiner biographies.
  • Assist with any employee gift or voucher orders and organising team events and birthdays.
  • Assist HR team with reporting for annual performance, bonus and compensation review processes.
