  • Collaborate with agencies on projects to re-brand and/or update and/or translate marketing collaterals for Europe
  • Collaborate with agencies and in-country-reviewers to localize marketing collaterals
  • Support the maintenance of project status tracker
  • Request quotes, gain approvals and update budget tracking
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing & Communication teams and other stakeholders on new ideas
  • Coordinate and track Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training (PSST) materials approval process
  • Maintain communications databases and applications with latest collateral and send out communications to update the field
  • Update products catalogs
  • Other duties may be assigned
