What is the duration of the internship?
The internship is for a duration of 6 months or longer, with the possibility of part-time work after an initial full-time period of at least 3 months.
Are there any specific educational requirements for this internship?
Yes, candidates should have a strong academic record in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably at the Master's level or in the final year of their Bachelor's studies.
Is programming experience required for this position?
Yes, demonstrated programming experience in Python is required, along with initial experience with DevOps best practices such as Git and unit testing.
What areas of knowledge should applicants have?
Applicants should have a strong foundation in areas such as Deep Learning, Machine Learning Operations, and Large Language Models and Generative AI. Additional experience in related fields like business analytics, web development, cloud computing, and containerization technologies is a plus.
Is the internship position on-site or remote?
This is primarily an on-site role at our Munich offices, with limited remote work possible depending on project needs.
Are students from non-EU countries eligible to apply?
