Requirements

  • You have graduated from a relevant university program within the last 12 months
  • You have a developed interest in the aviation and aerospace sector
  • Experience / work experience in the airline operations or aviation industry, whilst not a pre-requisite would be an asset
  • An interest or experience in digital commerce or software products
  • Interest and experience in generative artificial intelligence would be an asset
  • Comfortable and willing to learn about marketing and promotion of IATA products and services
  • Have a natural creative business and technical orientation to support a speedy understanding of content and objectives
  • Consultative in approach with IATA internal team staff and external clients or prospects
  • Work well within teams and are strong in developing collaboration and execution of new plans with non-commercial teams
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams is required
  • In addition to English, any other languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, French would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • - Act in a product management capacity to promote, market, and contract the current IMX platform aggressively to new clients
  • - Work together with OSS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to the evolution and development of new product offerings in the Safety arena
  • - Develop standards, and commercially value-added safety & transactional digital solutions for the aviation marketplace
  • - Work together with the Regional Commercial Teams and assist them in driving market traction
  • - Administer commercially annual subscription renewals for IMX and Digital Content contracts.
