Responsibilities

  • Serve as team resource to Levy Restaurants on all Chase Field dining experience and retail components including, but not limited to, general concessions, in-seat service, premium spaces, suites, group areas and retail operations.
  • Create a plan that encompasses game day oversight of dining experience pertaining to, line queuing, concourse traffic patterns and service wait times, while identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships department so that all partner food, beverage and retail service touchpoints and activation goals are achieved.
  • Study fan satisfaction surveys and feedback to analyze trends and ensure standards are being met.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen & Bar
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media posts in relation to the restaurant
  • Manage and respond to Guy Fieri’s restaurant reviews
  • Research businesses surrounding Chase Field and assist in building relationships with them
  • Assist with D-backs Fantasy Camp as required
