The responsibilities include assessing the patient, contributing to the development of a care plan, implementing the plan of care, evaluating the plan of care, providing patient care and assistance to nursing staff, participating in activities to improve health care delivery, building knowledge base regarding clinical leadership, participating in ongoing educational activities, and completing assigned goals.
