  • Experience using census data and various local government data.
  • Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap or Pro) proficiency;
  • Possess strong analytical and technical skills;
  • Possess strong oral and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to establish priorities and organize work;
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail;
