  • Build automated scripts and/or program to organize information into visual results that give insight to the status of Test Structures based on physical and electrical results.
  • Work on a hands-on and collaborative project to understand and optimize OPC, DFM, CMP impact on Test Structures and include findings in Design-Of-Record document.
  • Identify potential opportunities of improvement, including areas which can be challenging to achieve during the internship period.
  • Contribute in a multidisciplinary project of Micron’s Mask Technology group.
