Responsibilities

  • Assist with gameday preparations for getting the ticket windows ready.
  • Assist in the printing of group ticket batches and processing. Also help to oversee the shipping process of all tickets.
  • Recognize and respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve ticket issues.
  • Assist with all special events such as TwinsFest, State High School Tournaments, Concerts, and any other non-Twins baseball events.
  • Assist at our Ticket Services windows on game days.
  • Attend various company meetings along with weekly ticketing meetings.
  • Support other box office staff as needed.
  • Maintain strong, cooperative inter/intra-departmental relationships with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
  • Assist Call Center during on-sales and pre-sales.
