Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have received a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, be located within 50 miles of Richmond, VA, and must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Yes, preferred qualifications include experience with AutoCAD, MRP systems (like SAP), strong coaching and facilitation skills, effective analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience with Microsoft Project.
What type of projects will the intern be leading?
The intern will lead one of five projects which may include developing operational procedures, creating a digital dashboard for reporting, optimizing line flow for efficiency, managing test data, or improving product design engineering.
