  • - Focus on the development of power electronics technology platforms and common hardware building blocks to create innovative solutions.
  • - Support a specific business unit/product line or work with broader technologies across the enterprise.
  • - Work on cutting edge technologies including Wide Band Gap and MV Power Conversion, Solid State Circuit Protection, Transportation Electrification, and Energy Intelligence.
  • - Prepare for consideration for Eaton’s Engineering and Technology Development Programs upon graduation.
  • - Showcase success stories to leaders of the organization and receive feedback on performance.
