Responsibilities

  • Provide The World’s Best™ IT service to Kenworth Employees
  • Install, maintain, and support PC infrastructure including hardware and software.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems involving PCs and related hardware and software.
  • Assist with analysis of IT projects, including the definitions of requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Assist with creation of project plans for upcoming projects
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance department operations.
