Responsibilities

  • Join us in a fun, friendly, team-oriented hybrid environment, working closely with a coach/mentor;
  • Provide consulting on project initiatives including business case preparation and developing creative/alternative approaches to problem resolution;
  • Work closely with a variety of tech and business stakeholders in the Workplace Solutions space and assist with improving the current processes;
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure business needs and outcomes of the project are achieved;
  • Learn and execute on the Agile methodology of work execution.
  • Provide timely updates to the leadership teams as applicable for the workstreams assigned;
  • Contribute learning from education experience to practical process improvement opportunities;
  • Support resource requirement identification and expectation management
  • Create project plans and manage dependencies in accordance with project team needs
