Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at one of our partner Universities and enrolled in a BSc or MS Degree in Computing Technology, Business in Information Technology, or a related discipline displaying a strong academic record and seeking a 12 month placement opportunity (June 2025 - End of May 2026)
  • Currently residing in Northern Ireland and have the Right to Work within the UK
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer hardware, operating systems, active directory and networking (for example MacOS, Windows or Linux)
  • Passionate about technology, and able to learn quickly
  • Able to display strong interpersonal skills both within the team and cross functionally with a focus on building rapport and user experience
  • Results-oriented and collaborative; able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self motivated, highly organised and able to prioritise tasks

Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact, recording necessary request information, triaging, and providing local and remote support to internal business partners globally
  • Onboard new hires following our global onboarding process with a great focus on new hire experience
  • Collaborate with extended teams on noteworthy projects
  • Contribute to our existing knowledge base
  • Configure, test and deploy workstations
  • Asset management and tracking
  • License management and account creation
  • Keep up to date with new processes, procedures, and releases
