Responsibilities

  • Be the connecting point between the marketing team, resellers, and suppliers.
  • Implement the brand's product, VM and commerce strategy across all retailers supporting brand image, launches and in-store activations.
  • Support to visual merchandising activities for always on & new doors projects (planograms for the creation and monitoring of the excellence of in-store visualization, management of material orders, creation of visuals, coordination of VM agencies).
  • Support to the Product Marketing Coordinator for the commercial plan for online retailers (website verification, promotional materials, digital materials, online visibility and newsletters).
  • Support to the online team by providing brand.com materials (product grids, translations, assets).
  • Sell-in and sell-out analysis and help in the implementation of key documents for brand management monitoring (launches, GWPS, samples, collateral forecasts, analysis of brand and competitor retail sales).
  • Support in market strategy and execution of the 360° marketing campaign.
  • Help with the implementation and review of presentations and key documents for sales force and reseller meetings (Canvass presentation, price lists, etc.).
  • Support for the development of events in stores and on site and management of all related materials (promotional material and pos, catering, shop windows, etc.).
