  • Within our approachable, friendly, and team-based way of working, you will collaborate with the Team that advises on a full spectrum of financial products the most influential financial institutions on the Italian scene, including banks, investors, sponsors and lenders – including private equity funds – as well as large corporations.
  • Our way of working is based on an international environment, with a high level of collaboration and frequent contacts with other Clifford Chance offices around the world with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible service to our clients.
