  • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals in the Americas Region legal team
  • Assist with general file management including document assembly, preparing meeting minutes and other correspondence
  • Review and redlining professional services agreements and advising the business on same
  • Analyze risk related on projects based on contract terms
  • Assist with corporate matters and registration and licensing
  • Legal research including areas of contract and construction law
  • Assist with preparation of internal memoranda, strategies, and plans
  • Develop an understanding of Arup’s business, technology, business models, and industry
