Description
- Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time hybrid position, up to 25 hours per week.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
- Junior or Senior standing
- Excellent organization skills
- Previous experience preferred (school, internship,extracurricular, or professional)
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Dependable transportation is a plus
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.
- This program is during Summer 2024.

Responsibilities
- Assisting marketing department with administrative duties
- Compiling distribution list for flyers and posters
- Research target markets for concerts
- Research digital avenues in various markets
- Attend shows and observe day of show formalities
- Set up digital campaigns and learn to monitor performances
- Maintaining contact list for local media
- Research and contact influencers to use on marketing campaigns
- Set up promotions with approved influencers
- Present weekly learnings to direct report
- Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end
