  • Assist in compiling a list of financial policies and procedures across Harris County across various sites and databases
  • Provide information to management clearly, accurately, and consistently by assembling and summarizing data and preparing/presenting findings, analysis and recommendations. Ensure that reporting is timely, accurate, and meets the requirements of the audience for whom the reports are drafted
  • Assist in gathering reports, documents, or information required related to the depository bank transition
  • Assist in managing accounts payable
  • Document/update financial processes
  • Assist with document retention i.e. scanning, filing, organizing, etc.
