Description

  • Ameritas is looking for a Marketing Intern, Communications, and Community Relations to drive the business by assisting the team in the development, production and implementation of the Company's corporate relations both internally and externally as the champion for ensuring the Company's brand is properly and consistently articulated in written and digital communications. Most of the work involves processing and tracking sponsorships, although some writing and other projects may be included.
  • This internship would start in May 2024.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in college program for the course of the internship – associate or bachelor level.
  • Able to fulfill a year-round commitment – part-time during the academic school year and full-time during the summer
  • PT includes 10-20 hours a week
  • FT includes 30-40 hours a week
  • Strong oral and writing skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and take initiative
  • Interest in organizational communication and community relations
  • Ability to ask questions and write accurately about the business
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
