Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the preparation and execution of the launch of new projects in the Business Unit.
  • Give support to the marketing team in promotional materials creation and approval process in coordination with marketing, medical, regulatory and 3rd party agencies.
  • Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors including creative agencies.
  • Support the coordination of regional, national, and international events & congresses.
  • Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes and follow-up actions with related stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and optimization of the Business unit activities through designated and agreed KPIs (Vaccines OKR & Follow up WOW project).
  • Act according to Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes, and Legal standards.
  • Promotes, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takedaism philosophy and values.
  • Communicate to pharmacovigilance department any adverse reaction at the time of becoming aware of it, following company's internal procedures.
