Responsibilities

  • Help maintain up-to-date statuses and deliver reporting on-time for your clients.
  • To support the PRF delivery of clients that you manage, act as an advocate of the MVCF by sharing knowledge with the local teams on ‘media costs’ and ‘governance’ to improve results.
  • Ensure unusual results are escalated to your team, if you are unsure of how to solve them yourself, with the aim of finding a solution to improve results in advance of deadlines.
  • Support in creating the content for client meetings.
  • Knowing where to find client commitments and be able to apply the PRF mechanisms to the day to day client reporting.
  • Prioritise optimisation of reporting in the markets on your client roster based on delivery against PRF mechanisms and your ability to improve results through optimisation to reach maximum bonus potential.
  • Complete the new joiner Global Investment Team media training schedule and all digital online training listed in 3-month objectives from WPP Learning.
  • Identify skills gaps and actively sign up to WPP learning and Circus Street to ensure continued proficiency in: Excel, PowerPoint, presenting and the Digital landscape.
  • Begin to form good working relationships with the local markets.
  • Ensure you regularly reflect against your objectives and are actively engaging with Culture Amp.
