  • Directly support the Business Development function in collaboration with BD/Sales team and senior professionals to ensure consistent engagement with existing clients and identified prospects
  • Coordinate creation and updating of marketing materials (investor pitchbooks and proposals, introductory materials, PPMs, DDQs, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing information up to date, case studies and other key materials
  • Manage Salesforce entry and follow up for senior team members
  • Assist in maintaining central database of data and responses to ensure content is kept up to date, accurate and consistent with the firm's overall message
  • Assist with various other ad hoc projects and analyses for the team
