  • This role support the daily production of Cwmbran manufacturing site, with creating the key metrics, track productivity, support to remove roadblocks from
  • Create and analise daily production data and information to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate and collect route case issues for productivity loss from the team leaders and manufacturing cells, and propose improvements.
  • Work closely with Production Leader and the wider production team to achieve daily, and monthly outcomes based on company goals.
  • Support the daily production meeting, engage with cross functional teams, support cross functional collaboration.
  • Record daily escaltion from the daily production meeting and follow up actions and functions.
  • Create monthly reports to management on key production metrics, and mkae suggestions for improvement.
  • Support shop floor continious improvment activities, learn lean principles and eaton continious improvment framework.
  • Other activites related to production managemetn requested by the Production leader not listed above.
