Responsibilities

  • Manage and own customer orders from order receipt to shipment for basic or intermediate product group(s)
  • Contract review of customer orders and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate with internal teams to support customer requirements
  • Monitor and maintain daily Orders Received/Orders Backlog reports
  • Validation that material availability is present to support orders
  • Facilitate freight, special packaging quotations and verify special pricing, discounts, and Inco term accuracy.
  • Support delivery KPI’s. Using escalation process when necessary
