Responsibilities

  • Over the 9 weeks you will make a meaningful contribution to a key people-related activity or project, whilst building valuable business, stakeholder, and organisation skills. You will have the opportunity to get involved in fundraising activities throughout the summer and participate in training with our Emerging Talent team. To ensure you have the best experience, all interns will be paired with current graduates as buddies, who will share their insights and experiences. Additionally, you will have a specialised Placement Intern Manager alongside your Line Manager to oversee your progress and help you gain valuable exposure to the People Team.
