  • The Pharmacy Intern is responsible for interpreting, compounding, formulating and monitoring all physician prescriptions and provides the best possible drug therapy to Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services patients with the highest professional standards under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • The Pharmacy Intern works closely with nurses and physicians to ensure patients are receiving quality care that is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • This requires specific knowledge in compounding, dosing and administration of IV solutions, antibiotics and other intravenous therapies.
