What are the primary responsibilities of the Podcast Intern?

What skills are required for this internship?
Required skills include dedication to high journalistic standards, excellent writing and reporting skills, a basic understanding of podcast formats, and prior audio producing, recording, and editing experience, preferably in Pro Tools or Adobe Audition.
