  • Projektarbeit – Du unterstützt unser Projektteam in der wohl herausforderndsten Unternehmenssituation, der Unternehmenskrise. Du wirst auf nationalen und internationalen Projekten an kreativen und nachhaltigen Sanierungslösungen und Restrukturierungen für unsere Kunden eingesetzt.
  • Beratung – Du begleitest Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg, wieder wettbewerbsfähig zu werden. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt die Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher und finanzwirtschaftlicher Analysen sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen.
  • Vielfalt – Unsere Kunden stammen aus den Branchen Automotive, Energy, Health Care, Industrial Products, Logistik, Private Equity, Retail & Consumer Goods und Schiffe.
  • Als Teil unseres Deals Teams unterstützt du Unternehmen in allen Phasen des Deal Cycles: Vom Ermitteln geeigneter Kauf- bzw. Verkaufsoptionen bis zum Abschluss der Verhandlungen. Von der Unternehmens- und Marktanalyse, über die Beratung bei steuerlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen bis hin zur Integration. Dadurch hast du stets den gesamten Transaktionsprozess im Blick und es gelingt uns im Team, die Risiken geplanter Deals zu minimieren sowie den Nutzen zu maximieren.
