Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the customer's requirements to design, develop, and validate a solution using engineering methods (such as FEA, DOE, etc) to meet or exceed customer's performance requirements. Support part proliferation activities to ensure a successful new business kickoff (ex: PDC, MDR, ECN).
  • Generate and/or make changes to CAD drawings for new and existing products. Support customer launch and post launch improvement activities to reinforce the trusted advisor trait.
  • Able to take a high level of accountability and ownership for personal and company performance.
  • Able to communicate both verbal and written with clarity and simplicity.
  • Exemplifies a strategic-thinking approach and process to program management.
  • Able to make decisions and use critical thinking and analytical approaches when weighing options.
  • Nurturing an environment consistent with the ITW values and culture.
  • Is outcome driven and applies the 80/20 principles to prioritize work demands.
