Responsibilities

  • Learn and leverage market and user research techniques, combined with cross-functional collaboration to paint a full picture of our opportunities.
  • You will work to uncover user needs, market trends, competitor offerings, and product usage, uncovering the most impactful areas of improvement for our platform.
  • Work up to leading product discovery engagements by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data points to clearly and concisely define user problems.
  • Turn your product discovery results into product plans, with the chance to experience both MVP and future iteration planning.
  • Prepare clear communications and presentations for cross-functional teams
  • Shadow teams mid-build phase and help to ensure the product meets and exceeds the quality and methodologies that make us a leader in the space
  • Work and collaborate with our Product Managers; join as their squads plan sprints, run story acceptance meetings, and monitor progress to move projects forward
