  • Applicants will need to have at least five GCSE's graded A* - C/9-4, or equivalent. No previous legal experience is necessary; we will provide full training and support for this role.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • The ability to work as part of a team;

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scheduling, creating, and managing data sites:
  • Opening Files
  • Carrying out Credit & AML Checks
  • Assisting with admin preparation;
  • Scheduling Deeds;
  • Dealing with balance monies in client account and returning to Clients
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of recipients.
  • Assisting with the management of Electronic files
  • Making expenses claims for fee earners
