Responsibilities

  • Support the Internal Control Leads in internal controls assessments including the proper documentation and assessment of those controls.
  • Support in developing continuous improvement for internal control processes, focusing on increasing efficiency while maintaining or increasing the overall level of assurance.
  • Support in establishing effective policies, procedures, processes, and controls necessary to be compliant with the RIC program.
  • Support to facilitate and drive the remediation of internal control weaknesses with multiple stakeholders (support function heads, business units and other process owners) with a strong focus on a timely but also sustainable remediation thereof.
  • Support in impact analyses of ineffective key controls regarding their relevance for Entity Reporting and guidance on the formulation of remediation measures and monitoring their correct and timely implementation.
