Responsibilities

  • You will primarily work with existing WEX Fuel Card customers to increase their purchasing of Non-Fuel Related Products.
  • These customers are usually Commercial Trucking Companies that are unaware of the Non-Fuel Benefits and Discounts associated with being a WEX Customer.
  • You will be required to communicate with customers and warm leads via phone, email, and video meetings.
  • Outbound/Inbound communications with existing customers and warm leads will be 80% of your duties.
  • You will play a key role in our tire program’s authorization process by taking regular inbound phone calls and assisting commercial tire dealers with sales processes.
