Responsibilities

  • Incorporación al departamento de SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) integrando el servicio de prevención propio de AstraZeneca Spain en las nuevas oficinas del Global Hub de Barcelona, un centro de R&D global con más de 35 nacionalidades, dando apoyo a todas las tareas propias del departamento.
  • Colaborar en actualizar y mantener la estructura de prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Bienestar, orientado a establecer una cultura que va más allá del marco legal establecido.
  • Contribuir a la actualización de la documentación del sistema de gestión de prevención de riesgos laborales de AstraZeneca y asistir durante las auditorías de este.
  • Dar soporte en el diseño y realización de diferentes campañas de formación y sensibilización a los empleados y apoyar todas las campañas organizadas por el departamento de SHE hacia los empleados: Revisiones médicas, campañas de vacunación, cursos para empleados (conducción de VEH, dejar de fumar, entre otros).
  • Bajo supervisión del responsable de departamento contribuirá en los reportes de KPI globales mediante el sistema interno AZSHEsystem, realizando el seguimiento de los KPI establecidos, así como la gestión de Eventos, accidentes y nearmiss junto a las correspondientes investigaciones, estableciendo planes de acción en caso necesario.
  • Tendrá la oportunidad de participar en el reto de planificación y seguimiento de la construcción de las nuevas oficinas de AstraZeneca en Barcelona para un nuevo edificio con más de 50.000m2 planificados. Incluyendo la evaluación de todos los riesgos y demás actividades que desde SHE sean necesarias.
