Responsibilities

  • Get hands-on exposure to 3 different verticals within Specialty Lines.
  • Learn the technical aspects of insurance: analyzing requests for quotes, renewals, policy changes, and recommend solutions; rate and prepare quotes for new business and renewals; and make recommendations for continued department improvement.
  • Learn in inspiring ways on-the-job in a collaborative work environment, self-study, and a classroom.
  • Build relationships with our Broker partners – the core of our business – and learn the importance of living our values every day.
  • Be involved in stimulating, challenging projects and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and expertise.
  • Build your professional networks – both at Intact and industry events.
