Responsibilities

  • Au sein de la cellule Coordination Risques Opérationnels du Middle Office, vous aurez pour principale mission de réceptionner, analyser et traiter les réclamations financières en provenance des clients internes et/ou des prestataires externes (dépositaires, contreparties de marché).
  • En relation avec les équipes Middle Office, les risques opérationnels et la direction financière d’Amundi AM, vous serez amené à :
  • Rédiger/valider des fiches incidents et formaliser les plans d’actions associés
  • Garantir la bonne fin de paiement des indemnisations
  • Monitorer l’activité sur le règlement CSDR
  • Participer à l’amélioration continu des processus (automatisation)
  • Vous participerez également au suivi du dispositif de contrôles permanents du Middle Office avec l’étude et la remontée des indicateurs aux risques opérationnels.
