  • BAC+4/5 en école de Commerce ou cursus universitaire de type Banque-Finance, Gestion, Comptable, DCG/DSCG, avec idéalement une connaissance des aspects financiers (échéanciers, utilisation des taux, techniques de refinancement et de couverture), connaissance de comptabilité commerciale, connaissance des contrats juridiques, notion de fiscalité.
  • Aisance relationnelle, dynamisme, capacité d’adaptation, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, sens du travail en équipe, rigueur.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office), et plus généralement, sensibilité aux systèmes d’information
  • Anglais courant

Responsibilities

  • Votre mission sera de participer à l’analyse de la structuration des opérations et à sa mise en œuvre.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des funds flows, mise en place/préparation/validation des paiements au moment du closing
  • Contribuer à la gestion des échéances (calculs et/ou vérification de calculs, facturation, émission d’instruction de règlement, coordination, etc.) ; suivi des frais généraux de chaque SPV
  • Participer à la fiabilité des données dans les systèmes ; récupération des pièces nécessaires à la constitution de dossiers
  • Collaborer à la prise en charge les opérations de marché (trésorerie, couverture, financement...)
