The primary focus of the internship is within the Corporate M&A team, where you will assist with matters related to corporate law, internal restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
What kind of tasks will I be responsible for during the internship?
You will be responsible for tasks such as legal follow-up of companies, conducting legal research, drafting legal notes and consultations, preparing corporate documentation, performing legal due diligence, assisting in closings, and participating in meetings and conference calls.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Applicants must be a trainee lawyer (élève-avocat) with at least one prior experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm.
