Responsibilities

  • Conducts customer research to engage with Sales to drive entries for The Unconventional Awards.
  • Utilize various tools to execute marketing tactics and facilitate entries/judging.
  • Direct contact with Customer UCA winners to ensure attendance and participation at the annual event.
  • Documents program debrief and after-action review to drive improvement for future programs.
  • Documents Storytelling Process across TFB Marketing to support the Marketing Manager’s overall program management.
  • Manages projects related to customer storytelling.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed including Product Marketing, Campaigns and Brand Promotion.
