Responsibilities

  • Assist project manager directly and significantly with active projects
  • Work with department staff to facilitate the implementation of contracts funding capital construction projects throughout NYC
  • Assist project managers in researching, data collection, writing technical briefs, and designing classes/workshops
  • Assist project managers in collecting, reviewing and processing project documents
  • Assist in reviewing, approving, and tracking a large volume of reimbursements requests from client organizations
  • Coordinate between external agencies, internal departments, and funding recipients the collection and maintenance of compliance documentation
  • Work with project managers to develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with coordinating and hosting departmental programming events
  • Monitor and track internal inquiries by other department, City agencies, and client organizations
  • Perform general department office duties
  • Other duties as assigned
