Responsibilities

  • You will work with the team to support the sourcing activities and building candidates' pipeline to support the strategic initiatives planned for 2024 / 2025
  • As a team, we collaborate with our Talent Acquisitions teams globally and we support them for the delivery of our programs and employer branding strategy
  • You will work on reporting and materials development related to the initiatives such as internal training, communication, branding campaigns, community management and networking (associations, universities)
  • Being a brand ambassador for the company is part of your mission; you will attend and organize events to support the employer branding initiatives for both an internal and external audience
  • You will create, review and post job descriptions when needed on different recruiting channels and update our ATS (Workday) accordingly
  • We work very closely with the Prysmian Group Academy team. You will be the link between the teams for the organization of inductions and learning sessions
  • You will be also involved in recruiting tools evaluation and reviews
