Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Talent Specialist with daily talent payments.
  • Includes learning to estimate talent, pay talent use, create talent contracts, and manage talent residual budgets and track talent use payments.
  • Work with Account team to secure answers for talent payments and holding fees. Will learn the ins and outs of SAG-AFTRA union rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain talent payment trackers in spreadsheets to track against estimates and for use of Account teams.
  • Assist Producers and Business Affairs to best identify talent estimate approach for projects.
  • Assist Senior Traffic Manager with daily traffic duties.
  • Includes generating and disturbing traffic instructions for broadcast including TV & Radio.
  • Assigning Ad-ID's for broadcast and social deliverables.
  • Sending materials to Networks for national clearance. Updating and managing the internal Ad/ID database.
  • Collaborating with Media, Account, and external vendors to deliver accurate traffic based on media buys and allocations across clients.
  • Collaborate with Talent Specialists to make timely talent payments for use on various platforms.
  • Assist Account teams in estimating trafficking costs and making timely payments to external vendors.
